A private swim class can consist of 1-2 kids with a singular instructor. These sessions are more productive as the child has more focused time to develop their swimming abilities, however, at the same time it is more difficult to engage the student in activities such as relay races or group games when working individually.
Private swimming lessons can cater to swimmers of any age! Some parents might want their young children to learn how to swim early, resulting in working with toddlers who have little to no experience in the water. Alternatively, adults may opt for private lessons to receive individualized attention in enhancing their swimming strokes and techniques. As a swimming instructor, it is crucial to remain adaptable and be able to modify your lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each swimmer.
