ADULT LEVELS OVERVIEW

Adult 1: They will work towards achieving a 10-15 m swim on their front and back. They'll be performing jump entries from the side and recovering objects from the bottom of chest-deep water. With 4 x 9-12 m interval training, they can improve their fitness and flutter kick.

Adult 2: They can take their skills up a notch by working on two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 m kicking and front or back crawl. They'll be able to demonstrate dive entries and perform breaststroke arms and breathing over 10-15 m. They'll also show their ability to support themselves at the surface for 1-2 minutes and perform handstands in shallow water.

Adult 3: They will learn the eggbeater, stride entries, and compact jumps. They'll complete a 300 m workout and sprint 25-50 m. Mastering front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke will be their goal. It will be quite a workout!
